How can we help?

Open VoltPay in Chrome (Android/PC) or Safari (iPhone).

Tap "Install app" in the menu, or Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone.

Open VoltPay from your home screen like any other app.

Tap "Open account".

Enter your name, email and phone.

Choose your account type (Savings, Current, Business, Student or Premium).

Pick your main currency and confirm.

Go to Send Money.

Pick a wallet, then a contact or enter bank + account number.

Enter the amount and choose a purpose (Family, Bills, Groceries…).

If asked, enter your billing codes (see the message under each field, or Profile).

Enter your PIN. Your receipt appears instantly.

Fill in your transfer and enter your PIN.

If billing codes are on, a loader appears, then you enter the first code (e.g. IMF), then the next, one at a time.

Follow the message under each code (e.g. message support for your IMF code).

When all codes are done you reach the success receipt. If codes are off, you go straight to success after the PIN loader.

Go to Receive and pick Crypto, Check, Gift card, or Bank & link.

Crypto: pick a coin, choose which account to fund (USD, EUR, GBP…), send to the address, then tap “I have sent the money” on Receive.

Check: upload a clear photo of the front of the check and the amount — view it anytime on your receipt.

Gift card: enter the brand, code and face value for review.

Bank & link: share account details, QR or a payment link for VoltPay transfers.

Open Bills and pick a category.

Choose the biller and enter your account or phone number.

Enter the amount and your PIN. Your confirmation number shows on the receipt.

Go to Loans and choose Personal or Business.

Set the amount and duration and check the monthly payment.

Submit. Approved loans are paid into your USD wallet.

Open Shares and pick a stock.

Choose Buy or Sell and the quantity (fractions allowed).

Confirm with your PIN.

Open Crypto & Web3.

Send in: copy your address or scan the QR. Send out: paste the recipient address.

Always pick the correct network (e.g. TRC-20 for USDT).

Open Cards and tap "Add New Card".

Choose virtual or physical, network and design.

To freeze: select the card and tap Freeze.

Open Transactions and tap any transaction.

Tap "Print / Save PDF" and choose "Save as PDF".
